Why Gosanchon이야기

Hanwoo (한우) is Korea's own cattle breed — not wagyu, and not an import dressed up as one. It carries its own marbling, its own grading system, and at home it is prized above imported wagyu, which is part of why it rarely leaves the country.

Bringing genuine Hanwoo to Kuala Lumpur means importing it deliberately, on a cold chain the whole way from Korea. It arrives whole, is displayed in the chilled cabinet at our entrance, and is hand-cut to order at the butcher's counter — so what's on the board is what you see before it's cooked.
